What we do

We provide expertise in construction, engineering and procurement on a wide range of projects across the African landscape.

LTE Consulting is a fully black-owned consultancy and advisory services company.

The services we cover range from Engineering, Mining and Energy, Healthcare, Marine and Shipping, Rail and Hydrocarbons, Capital and Infrastructure and Information Technology.

LTE Consulting’s focus remains client satisfaction, return on their investment and successful project completion.

Our Story

It was around the time South Africa ushered in a new democratic era that LTE Consulting came into being. When we first set out we didn’t quite know what the road ahead would bring. But we were sure we would succeed, and this single-minded belief guided us. It carried us through.

Were it not for our commencing staff, most of whom are still with us today, buying into our vision fully, we wouldn’t exist today. It’s this collective mind-set that drives us. LTE’s values of compassion, caring, respect, unity and camaraderie have woven us into a close family unit.

And now we’re an award winning, 100% black-owned South African company, ISO 9001 Certified, with a diverse portfolio of entities across a range of services like Engineering, Infrastructure Design, Minerals and Energy, Railway & Hydro Carbons, Healthcare, IT and Security sectors.

The LTE family has grown to 345 strong members, all special in their own right. In 2014 our Chairman and CEO won the BBQ Businessman of the Year award, this he credits to his personal philosophy captured as follows: respect a value chain, respect a collective decision, respect people and respect time.

Our vision and mission

Our vision is clear, together we are building a world-class conglomerate committed to economic empowerment, wealth creation and building sustainable nations in the South African Developing Community (SADC).
