In our partnership with the Gauteng Department of Human Settlements, our “Take a Girl Child to Work Campaign” has resulted in the adoption of a group of high school aspiring female engineers, to take up internship with LTE in a bid to nurture their studies in their chosen career path.

This has created an opportunity for our staff to interact and share experiences with them as they are  best-placed to mentor them.

Notwithstanding, our staff have also thus far received funding in access of a R1.0m in 2017 towards personal, professional development to acquire skills necessary to take LTE to the next level of excellence.
